I say "estoy lleno/llena" but many people take it as the grammatically incorrect "Can I go?" instead of "May I...?" So to say it correctly would be "estoy satisfecho/satisfecha" (Which directly translates to "I am satisfied.")

I'd forget all the "lleno/a" bits, certainly in Spain, where you would normally hear "¡No puedo más!"

I'm full = estoy lleno as it doesn´t show education.
You would say: Estoy satisfecho(a).
