What can I read out from the Bible to show what a loving person she was and how much she would be missed? Please help me. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thank You.

Your own memories would be best. I'm sorry for your loss.

I think that's a great idea. When my grandmother passed away, I wrote a poem commemorating her life. But then, I am a poet, and not everybody feels comfortable attempting that.

But a Bible passage is a good idea. One of the Psalms is good (try #23), or also take a look at Isaiah 40:25-31

May God bless and comfort you and your family.

I'm so sorry to hear about your loss. Just share some special memories and maybe a passage of Scripture that your grandmother liked, or that reminds you of your grandmother?

My pastor once told me about a sermon that he preached at a funeral. He used it as an opportunity to share the gospel: "If John was here today he would really want you to know that Jesus dies for your sins and rose again from the dead." Maybe even present the gospel message (the Romans Road?)

Without knowing her, I cannot give a suggestion for a Bible passage. You would know her much better. Did she have a favorite Bible verse? If so, read that and expound briefly on it and how it helped shape her life.

Sorry for your loss.

I'm not sure about which Bible passage, but since you are speaking, I think it would be extra special to recount special memories you have of her. Times you shared, things you did together. Tell how she inspired you and encouraged you and others.

I'm so sorry for your loss. My heart goes out to you, and you are in my prayers.

My condolences. Try talking about how special she was/is to you and how her presence has affected your life. Note what she gave to you internally that you will carry throughout your life and pass to your children. Think about what your life would have been like if you had not had that special time & bonding with her. It's all about what's in your heart.

I know your pain....The 23rd Psalm is a beautiful passage and it is what I used at my Dad's.

"The Lord is my Shepard, I shall not want. He maketh me to lie down in green pastures, He leadeth me beside the still waters, He leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for His name sake, He restoreth my soul.
Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil, for Thou art with me, Thy rod and thy staff, they comfort me. Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies, Thou annointest my head with oil, my cup runneth over. Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life, and I will dwell in the house of The Lord forever. Amen.

Praying is the most basic and a nice solution for that.

Just a suggestion...why not speak from your heart?

My condolences to you and your family in this time of sorrow.
