I use Tea Tree Oil, you can get it at your pharmacy and it's pretty cheap, 10$ that will probably last you more than a year. Tea Tree is an esential oil with awesome antibac properties, and they usually have it mixed with aloe, so it's really good for your skin, and shrinks any blemishes pretty quick. Other than that I've heard toothpase dabbed on and left over night will dull the redness. Good luck.

One answerer said toothpaste. Ive heard that too and I've tried it and it doesnt work. All it does is dry the pimple and the skin around it. It does nothing to reduce redness. I use Noxzema. It deep cleans and feels cool on your skin. If you're young, dont worry too much about it. I know having pimples sucks; I had a lot of them when I was in my teens. I'm now in my 20's and my skin has cleared up. If you and your parents (if they're an issue) are ok with you going on birth control, Orthotricylcen works great. My skin cleared up fabulousy within the first month of being on it.

Drink plenty of water, eat lots of vegies and fruits, exercise and break a sweat to release a lot of toxins and have a positive mind. Imagine yourself with clear skin.
