do no eat just salsa and a few carrots and yogurt. Talk to your mom and get to the doctor to get the HEALTHY input you need. I have been overweight almost all my life and I will tell you that it is very hard to get to where you think everyone else thinks you should be. If you want to do this for yourself that is great but don't do it to fit in with a particular group of people. There are a few things that matter in losing weight-hard work and determination are two of them. you also need to watch what you eat, avoiding junk foods (chips, candy cookies and pop are some of the bad things) and eating healthy combined with moderate exercise (riding bike, walking or even shooting hoops) should help you lose weight and build muscle. Well, I am 11, and I have lost weight in the past week. Just eat salsa ( this works no matter how old you are) and the salsa will give you the urge to drink more water, and the more water you drink, the more you pee, and the more you pee, the more cleaned out your system gets! And you also should eat small portions, six small things a day! It has been proven that six small meals ( a few carrot and a yogurt, something near that) and a lot of water, and jogging or running for about 30 minutes will defintially help!

First of all, you shouldnt worry about it.
But as the first person said, lots of water will help. especially cold water. Not only will it clean out your system, but your body burns calories warming up the cold water.
And finally, just exercise regularly. Not too much, just do it every day. Im 16, and I joined the wrestling team. We ran for like 1/2 hour every day (plus 2hours of easier stuff) and I lost like 15 pounds in a couple months.

You are still growing at your age and will slim down as you grow taller. How active are you? Instead of spending so much time in front of the computer or TV, go for a walk or ride a bike. Cut down on the junk food and switch to diet soda. Drink lots of water and eat your veggies and fruits.

im 12 too.
im 115 tryin to get down to around 105
this is what i do, and it works!!
lay straight out on ur back...whole body straight keeping ur arms straight behind ur head.
then take like a medicine ball or something heavy [i use a big shampoo bottle cuz its aboutt 4 pounds] and put that between ur feet. slowly rise ur legs up, keeping them straight, until they reach about halfway towards ur head. then rise ur arms up, keeping them straight, and grab whats between ur feet. then slowly bring ur arms and feet down at the same time. make sure to suck ur stomach in when doing this. just keep repeating grabbing the ball, or whatever u use.
when i watch tv everyday, il just do that during commercial brakes.
that exercise helps get a flatter stomach
for ur legs, do squats. they burn like crazy but they work so good. just stand about a foot away from a wall and squat down. hold it 1-2-3 and then slowly rise up.
do about 15 of those and gradually increase that number.
i also go jogging every night. jogging will honestly give u the quickest results and i think its fun! make sure u step lightly and take long strides. jogging elongates ur muscles so it slims u out.
also u can buy special k cereal and meal bars and follow teh diet on the back of the box like me. u can lose 6 pounds in 2 weeks. its like... have a bowl of special k cereal for breakfast then meal bar for lunch, regular dinner. snack on like fruit and stuff.
the meal bars taste like candy and u can get them at like kroger in the diet aisle. i like double chocolate flavor
good cereals r the chocolately delight kind and red berries.
make sure to drink lots of water!
