When a man or woman suffers from pattern baldness the stages of (rest) and (growth) shift and the hair follicles get smaller each time the new hair comes in until the hairs are like the hairs of a baby eventually not returning at all

You will shed the same amount of hair. For someone whose bald, the hair will come back in some specific areas, but not the spot that is bald.
There are Rogaine shampoos for that or hair growth shampoos.

I would say that it depends on how quickly the person is going bald. If a person is on chemotherapy, for example, it can sometimes come out in great big clumps. Slow, natural balding....? I'm sure that I have no idea.

most people go bald by the time they r 25 if it's genetic the rest is old age or stress or disease try some nioxin or go to the local beauty school and ask them to try electricity or light therapy. the balding gene comes from your moms side of the family so ask one of them

Same number. They just don't get replaced as quickly, or not at all.
