In response to another poster: Why would they use google or yahoo when they have baidu? Would you prefer a Chinese company or a company from your own country to meet your needs?

For Chinese local markets, I would say Sina, Netease, Baidu, QQ, Sohu, and a few others.
For international market, I would say Yahoo, Google, eBay, and a few others.
