Yes, and you will think this is strange, but I used to get them all the time. My mother told me to rinse with salt water, and I did, and it helped a bit. But, as you know, they hurt SO badly, so I decided one day to skip the saltwater, and just put salt directly on the canker sore, and it HURT really bad for a couple of seconds, then, miraculously, it didnt hurt anymore, and never did again! And it was 100% better the next day! I swear by this,, just endure a few seconds, and you will thank me! (assuming the sores are inside your mouth, you werent specific) Good luck!

you can gurgle vinegar with a little salt, or try pressed peanut you can chew 2 or 3 pieces and put it on sore part it will seep something that makes it painful.

Swish malax liquid or maylanta in your mouth.
they will feel better immediately.

it's the same little uclers people get in their stomachs,
so the same medicine works for the mouth, don't swallow.
just swish or put it on a cotton swap and tuck it in your cheek.
