One hour per drink. Either you've had 72 drinks, or there's something else wrong with you. Some kind of fever or other illness, perhaps?

Depending on the condition of your liver and body, you will metabolize approximately 1 drink per hour (top notch body).
Unfortunately, if you have been drinking very heavy, it will take more than just metabolizing the alcohol from your system. Your body has been depleted of fluids, vitamins, electrolytes, nutrients, as well as suffering from the withdrawl effects of alcohol. If you really tied one on, it could take you a week or more to recover. Try multi-vitamins and a B-complex supplement, plenty of fluids (sports drinks with electrolytes).
Good luck!

Hi,
One ounce an hour depending on body fat and liver function. If you still are experiencing a redness in your face it isn't due to alcohol still in your system. Best to have it checked with a dermatologist.

Well the redness might be caused by other things. If you drank to much and vomited for example it's possible you busted some blood vessels in your faced from strain.

It really depends on the type of alcohol, how much you had and over what period of time - also your body size and also what you had in your stomach before, during and after. Sorry I can't really help more, need to know more specifics...
