You've already diagnosed your problem. There are fewer hours available for your homework than you need. Talk to your superviser about the hours you work. He or she may be very understanding. They know you are only 16 and need to devote the majority of your time to your education. On the rare occasion that your supervisor does not agree to the reduced hours, you really should leave the job. This doesn't happen often, especially when you are as valuable to the business as you are.
Your education is the most important foundation for the rest of your life. Making good money is fun, and helps with a lot of the challenges of life. But what you learn in college makes a huge contribution to your life, whether you make more money than someone who doesn't have the education or not (although most studies show that college grads will earn $200,000.00 more than high school grads, over the course of a lifetime.

My advice to you is that you should concentrate on getting an education, maybe work less hours or if you have your parents support don't work at all, do you want to be a loan officer fo the rest of your life?, if you want to succeed and earn good money, then you should finish school, you have a long way to go, and maybe having your own money right now is exciting, but look into your future, owning your own house, a car, marriage, kids? another word of advice don't spend more than you earn, don't accept every credit card that is offered to you, start a savings account, start small maybe 5 or 10 dlls a week.
And remember knowledge is power.
Good luck!

Few jobs last forever. Someday you will be glad you have a diploma. You don't need A's, but put a little more time in studying and get B's and C's while keeping your job. This might mean working an hour less each day.

If the company wants you to grow with them, they will cut down on your work hours to allow you to do homework. Even if you truly believe that you will be with the company for the rest of your career, that does not mean that the company can not be shut down from unforeseen circumstances such as bankruptcy. I have one regret in life, and that is that I didn't try harder in highschool, it has made university a real struggle.

that's crazy, you should talk to your employer, I'm sure they would understand, try to see if you can stop and come back after high school, explore and see what else there is that you might like, high school is the time to explore your interest
