umm..yes it can...this case called "functioning tumors"..but its rare.
for insulin ...hypoglycemia
for epinephrine...increase bllod pressure and heart beat abnormalities
for thyroxine...thyrotoxic effect including increased metabolic rate, palpitation,nervousness,.....
