google or yahoo images. doesnt even have to be a tattoo can just be a photograph or a drawing. Any good artist can draw something custom for you from that. that way you get exactly what you want. make sure to check out cleanlieness and portfolios to make sure the studio is upto standard and can produce the artwork you want.

Most tattoo artists can do customs.

You usually just need to take in a picture of you what you want.
