It seems to me that you want to be "cutting" rather than "bulking". When you're lifting to cut, you should not be using creatine (on a side note, cell-tech is a waste of money - see source for a link on how to make your own for a fraction of the price that Muscle Tech charges). Creatine will help you to put on mass various ways.
Here are my suggestions. Lift for cutting by choosing more sets of less weight, with more repetitions per set. For example, with bench press, choose a weight you can lift for 12-15 reps (versus, 6-8 reps for gaining). This will help to burn fat and tone your muscles, instead of building them up. It's also an easier (less strenuous) workout.
Also, focus more on cardio. You only need to lift 3-4 times a week. 5 times is too much - your muscles need time to rest and rebuild - this is just as important as stimulating them with resistance training (weight lifting)! Perform cardio in the morning to boost your metabolism throughout the day. HIIT is great for burning fat - High Intensity Interval Training. Basically, it's a short, intense session. An example program would be a 5 minute workout (trust me, this'll be hard at first but then you can extend it). For those 5 minutes, run on a track or a field (try to stay off roads and pavement, hard on your knees) or even a treadmill or elliptical trainer. For the first 30 seconds, jog. The next 30, SPRINT. Jog for the next 30, then sprint for 30, and so on. This prevents your body from reaching an equilibrium state and in turn, burns lots of calories. Try it out.
And, eat right - light meals low in fat and avoid bad, simple carbs (processed foods = empty calories). Choose a good multi vitamin (at GNC or Vitamin World). Multi vitamins help your body do basically everything good. Protein shakes are also good for keeping lean muscle mass on. They can replace a snack.
Save the creatine for when you want to gain. Most bodybuilders cut, then gain, cut then gain in cycles of 8-10 weeks. Creatine makes your muscles retain water, which adds weight. That could be part of the problem. Good luck.

As long as you are watching your portion sizes for your meals then you should continue to eat breakfast lunch snack and dinner because your body needs those calories to help energize your workouts. If you haven't been working out this way for very long then it is completely normal for you to not lose weight. Any time that I have ever done strength training I have always gained weight at first. Then after about a month or two all the flab would melt away. Remember that muscle weighs more than fat so it's quite possible that is the reason you aren't losing weight. Taking your measurements would be a more accurate way to judge if what you are doing is paying off. I'd say as long as your cardio is getting a little easier each time and those weights are getting a little lighter then you are doing it right.

Lifting won't help you lose weight, it will tone you up. Take a tape measure and take measurements to see progress from lifting. Cardio exercise will help you lose weight, such as running, walking, step machines, etc. A good gym should be able to help you format a regime to target all your needs. You also need a diet that takes your age, caloric needs and goals into account. Just eating breakfast, lunch, and snack and dinner, doesn't help say "what" you're eating. Quality of calories is more important than amount of food. Your height and weight seem to be fine, in proportion. So, if you need to target soft area's, abs, thigh's etc, again, weights are good, but toss in some cardio work for extra definition. Good Luck.

You're building muscle, which weighs more than fat. If your primary target is losing weight, lift lighter weights with more reps (say 3 sets of 15, instead of 1 set of heavy 10). **Proper technique is essential to lifting weights, so make sure you are doing them correctly !
I'm a firm believer in being educated on food (say, go to a nutritionist) and eating "balanced" instead of the short-term all-protein or no-carb diets. I had a personal trainer for a year who helped me trim up. My mom went to a nutritionist for Diabetes, which helped her learn why & which foods to eat. I hope this helps!

Remember, muscle weighs a lot more then fat. Lifting weights doesn't burn much fat though, so do a lot of cardio also. Eating several small meals throughout the day will also help your metabolism.

If you're not losing weight, then you need to eat less. CellTech has nothing to do with this. It's about calories IN vs. calories OUT.
Eat less.
