Can you tell me how your belief is different from protestant Christianity? What brings you the most peace in your religion? Do you think the prophets come every lifetime? (I heard that from a Rastafari man before).

Philos- they're not a Rastafarian, they're a Rastafari. And it's evolved since then and many people still practice it. They don't all worship Bob Marley.

I am not a rastafarian..... but i am jamaican.......... and a christian......whose father (in his younger days) and a few friends believe in the rastafarian religion..........rastafarian is different from christians in that they believe that Selassi (Ethiopian crowned king of kings) was the second coming of Christ (they believe that Christ will come back two times after resurrection), whereas christians dont (believe that Christ will only come once after His resurrection)............................ i hope u understand all that. I believe what brings them most peace in their religion is smoking ganga (marijuana) as it allows them to ascertain a 'high'........and they basically feel more at peace.... even though more thoughtful...., spiritual and whole. I really dont know much about prophets but once u can speak with their form of knowledge and wisdom, then u r respected and listened to. I guess the ones who has the most knowledge and wisdom, could be called prophets.

Any half-way honest or reasonable Rastafarian should realize that Haile Selassie, the man the venerate as the messiah, was a devout Ethiopian Orthodox Christian and as such they should become Orthodox Christians like Bob Marley did before he died.

You are asking the presence of any Rastafarian in your house tonight, do you intend to make something bad for them? or do you intend to inflict injuries against their persons?
They may not appear to you. they are afraid of you but maybe they will pip to see whether you are there or not.
Be careful, they may attack you more faster that you attack them.
