ok i love 2 sports i love footbal (i play) and soccer (i play) but do guys want an ok looking girl who can take down her 40 year old dad at 12 or a fragile girl thats slow and fragile tell me cause im desperate for advice!?!?

It doesn't matter what guys want just be you. The guys that like the girl who can take down her dad will take notice and the guys who want a fragile girl (there really aren't that many) will respect you. Besides if you pretend to be fragile and get a guy that likes that you will have to keep pretending instead just be who you are and the guy will find you. Being an athletic girl usually means you end up with a lot of guy friends anyway so then you can ask them.

Most 12 year old boys are only interested in friends at least when I was 12 they were I wasn't 12 that long ago it's been almost 10 years.
I think you need to be you and not worry about it, and I don't mean that in a feminist way at all. It's good that you like to get rough and romp around and it's fun to play wrestle with the guys. But most MEN want a woman who will be gentle and loving but still strong.
Kind of like Orange said.
But like I said you are only 12... don't worry to much about it.

not rough, but not fragile. certainly not "slow" in any sense of the word!!
be a little female, but be powerful, and in control. thats hot.

Athletic women, definitely! Look at Angelina Jolie in all her athletic type movies, Tomb Raider, Mr & Mrs Smith, etc.

i like girls that play football and be who they are. It really don't matter to me because thats who u are so just be yourself.

In my opinion, they want one they can cuddle with, not wrestle with. T they like to feel needed and protect their girl.
