Yeah so how do i wave my hair with a curling iron without actually curling it??????? do you guys get what i'm saying???

WAVE as in really loose curls but not exactly curls.

What I usually do is put on some product while letting the curling iron heat up to it's maximum temperature. Then, I'd wrap my hair around the curler and only letting it stay for at max 10 seconds. You can experiment with how you want it; just don't leave the curler on one spot too long.

You could skip the curling iron and just scrunch up your hair after a wash and that creates pretty good waves.

use a big barrel curling iron like at least 1 inch and use a thermal spray dont wind the curl iron all the way to the scalp. but the bigger the iron the looser the curl. do it in sections

Simple: Get a large barrel curling iron! The larger the barrel, the looser the curl.
