windows vista question?

Ok i really like the glass around the windows that vista has but some of my apps dont have it is there anyway to fix that

The Aero Glass theme only works on programs relying on the operating system to theme it. If a program, such as AOL instant messenger, has its own theme/skin, it will not be themed by Aero Glass.
