Hey who is good with KENWOOD stereo?

Question

I went yesterday to BEST BUY and i bought a new radio for the car KENWOOD brand so as u know for sure the salesperson said that u can plug ur iPod into it and 100% will work.. allright then :) .. so i kept my car there for the whole day with them working on instaling the new radio to my car.. i got the car back but the iPod is not working even though i have pluged it into it .. who knows what is the deal now ,, i don't want to go back to Best buy and get sick talking to them coz am not gonna be the winner any way .

well... did you turn the head unit on? is the volume up? did you select "AUX" as your input signal? more information please...
