What is the best cure or remedey for skin itch?

The area affected is dry, icthy and thick. I have tried steroidal, anti-inflamatory, antipruritic ointment. The application of said ointment works but the problem comes back after the medication is stopped.

You can try hydrocortisone cream, find it at Walmart. It seems to help relieve the itching. You may have a skin condition, go to the doctor and have them run a culture, to find out what causes it, so you can find a real cure. There is a reason why it comes back! The most popular skin ailments are allergies, dry skin, ringworm, fungus.
