Ok, so...my friend's boyfriend keeps asking her if he can handcuff her to the bed and use a paddle on her....She loves him, but shes not so into that stuff.......should she try it?

these things can get out of hand, but admittedly, they are quite... um... kinky. before you advise her to go for it, let her think of these things first: 1) can her body stand the consequences of these "love-acts?" 2) is her boyfriend stable enough to not let anything untoward happen to her? My only concern is that a lot of these things have happened in the past that led to a lot of accidents. help her assess herself, if it's worth all that trouble just to please her man. maybe you can also help her with alternatives. bondage and masochism isn't really for everyone, but if it's your thing, you should be physically prepared to face consequences. :)

I agree a paddle is a bit extreme for a first spanking session, the hand is much better and so much more personal, but something tells me that this has already been done. If so give it a whirl, just don't forget safe words!!!

she should may be try it once, if he is gental. if she finds after trying it she hates it then she should tell him that is never going to happen again.
saying that it is her life and it is up to her not you or anyone else to make up her mind on what she should do especially in this area of her life.
if she feels forced into it and agrees because she is scared then legally if he hits her (even if he does not want to hurt her) he could still be prosecuted for assualt.
May be she could say "yes we can try that, ONLY if you let me hit you around your head repeatedly with the frying pan, baseball bat, cricket bat etc.. first."
he should get the idea that she does not want to have anything to do with that type of activity. and if he does then he should find someone else.
If he loves your friend then he would/ will respect her wishes.

Your friend should only do things like that if she wants to, that doesn't include pressure from her man. She should think about how she feels about the idea and how she would feel after ward if she gave it a go. If she is just not into that sort of thing then he will just have to understand that its not on. If he can't understand and if he can't respect her wishes then he is just not worth it.
