Theres 2 guys interested in my sister. One guy has already dated her many years ago and they loved each other at one point. The second guy has been friends with her for as long as guy #1 and has always wanted to be with her but they never did. heres the dilema. She is feeling both of them, the one she dated because she knows what he was like (8 yrs ago) or go for the one she hasnt been with and fantasizes about daily?
Personally I think she should go for #2 she seems to be feeling him more besides wouldnt a person change in 8 years? please give us your opinion on this cause she aint listening to me thanks!

I think she needs to consider several factors in order to decide which guy she wants. Which one is more affectionate and treat her better? Is she happier with one of them? Which guy is in the same stage in life as she is (for instance, does she want a commitment?).
Here's a thought: Why can't she date both guys and then decide which one she likes better?

go with #2 , # 1 already had his shot. stop all the fantasy and make some reality. it's not life or death, it's puppy love, if you don't like #2 there will be a 3,4 and 5 come along someday. try something new with 2. why all the drama? you will be on to something else next year.

I think she should go for guy two. you said it all. she fantasizes about him daily. She seems to like him more than guy one. It seems like she still have feelings for the first guy due to their prior past, and she will always care for him. As for him, it's best she keep him as a friend still, and pursue something with the 2nd guy.
However, it's up to her to follow her heart.

I agree with urdreamg,but only your sister can make up her own mind. It could be she still loves the first guy. If not, then the second is definitely a better choice.

guy #2 but it doesn't mean they will be friends if it doesn't work. if it were me...i would take my time and not stress about it. figure out for sure which one i wanted and then go for it...it's not like she has to decide right now!

She needs to make the decision, whatever it is. Stay out of it ... give her your opinion and that's it ... She needs to learn on her own. People do not necessarily change ... though some do.

who are we to tell her what to do If I have two girls going after me I'll taste both & may do so so for a long time If both are good other wise i'll pick the one that's suits me best

why date someone who you already have and who probably isnt the same? deff go with the second one and if it doesnt work they can still be friends
