The general rule is that off the vine fruit ripens whilst vegetables rot. Hope that helps.

It's not either one, it's really an Alain in disguise, but ppl keep eating them, and wondering why they are so disgusted with the zucchini's weird taste. If they only knew....they would STOP eating these aliens trying to overcome the world!!!!

It is a fruit, but used as a vegi. Just like a tomato! It is suprising how many fruits we consider to be vegies just because they are savory!
