Well I know that 3500 calories equals 1 pound and to lose 1 pound a week you basically have to eat 500 less calories a day for 7 days (3500/7=500). What exactly do you mean by losing 1000 calories per week? If you eat 1000 calories less a week it will take you 3 and a half weeks to lose 1 pound, and that does not seem to be what you want to really know? Re-post, I'll be glad to help.
Exercises- I am a weight watcher member and I have lost 30 pounds and Tae Bo did the trick I am not sure how many calories it burns because it varies from person to person based upon weight, but nonetheless it works!!! Strength training is supposed to work because it causes you to burn more calories at rest than cardiovascular exercises. Depends what you like to do. I would recommend you cutting the calories out of your diet then upping your exercise activity, that should do the trick.

1000 per week is pretty easy. It's dependent upon your current weight, but if you're 200 lbs, you can burn over 1000 calories by walking 1 hr 4 days per week

what you should do is something you *like* to do -- best way to ensure you will continue doing it consistently. if there is truly no form of exercise you enjoy, pick something you can do while "multitasking" (reading, watching TV).
as for how long/how many calories, there are tons of websites with charts on this...it will obviously depend on what type of activity you pick and how vigorously you do it.

You need to lose weight quick eat right drink water walk a mile everyday or run a mile everyday.walk or run from the house in back to the house.Don't eat no red meat.Don't eat no fried foods.Don't eat no sweet.Don't drink soda or coffee only juice like grape juice or cranberry juice.Eat lots of vegetables and fruit.
