I cant stop eating and this only happens during the weekends argh!! You see, weekdays I have a small breakfast around 7 and then Im at school from 8 to 4, during that time I dont crave any food, aka I eat nothing. I think its because I'm always doing something so I dont have time to think about food. I go to the gym and come home around 6, have a dinner snack on fruits at night and go to sleep. But during the weekends, I dont go to school and I have nothing that keeps me occupied and away from food. I always find myself eating a couple of cookies, or tuna sandwiches and stuff like that, even when I'm full >_<
I go to the gym 5 times a week, and I dont eat like a whole bag of cookies just like 6-7, do you think this will set me back or something?
