I cant stop eating and this only happens during the weekends argh!! You see, weekdays I have a small breakfast around 7 and then Im at school from 8 to 4, during that time I dont crave any food, aka I eat nothing. I think its because I'm always doing something so I dont have time to think about food. I go to the gym and come home around 6, have a dinner snack on fruits at night and go to sleep. But during the weekends, I dont go to school and I have nothing that keeps me occupied and away from food. I always find myself eating a couple of cookies, or tuna sandwiches and stuff like that, even when I'm full >_<
I go to the gym 5 times a week, and I dont eat like a whole bag of cookies just like 6-7, do you think this will set me back or something?

before you grab anything, go weight yourself!!! If the number on the scale is one you are not satisfied with, it will give you motivation and will set you back from eating. The thing i learn from trying every sort of diet available is that you should always be conscious whenever you put something in your mouth. I diet for two years and can only keep two pounds off for a long time. But when i started to change my lifestyle, eating the same amount of calories but with more nutrition. Eating slowly, never do anything else in mealtime, and keeping a food diary. I lost 7 pounds and kept it off for years now!! With you, try to keep yourself busy. Since you are in school now, study, study, study! That should keep you pretty busy.

You need to find things to do on the weekend to keep you more busy. Get a hobbie basically. Got to the gym on the weekends too....it will use up some time. You have to get your mind off being bored...then you won't eat.

i think you should find something to do that will occupy your mind or eat properly during the week and eat only breakfast lunch a snack and dinner on the weekends. or put something on the fridge and/or pantry that will turn you off.
