its simple take steriods your body gets use to it get basically stops making testosterone so when you stop using steriods your body cant make it on its one. you become weak, and testes shrivel etc...

when synthetic hormones are administered whether anabolic or androgenic (oral or injectable) in nature the body halts endogenous testosterone production almost immediately. this is caused by a negative feed-back response from the hypothalamus, pituitary, testicular axis (HPTA).
