I do. My biggest complaint is how big it is--it's very tall and when you are using it, it takes up a lot of space. Even folded up it takes up a lot of space.
Make sure you get one with a rowing seat so you can do leg presses. Not all the models have this.

Bowflex does paintings sure, Just get a few aid placing it tgthr if u cant your self, however the laptop itself, u will gain knowledge of alot approximately it w/the guidelines: Use it everyday ( all week lengthy ) U will see outcome.
