I would highly recommend staying away from your local Wal-mart or GNC if buying protein powder. Many of these protein powders are very difficult for your body to break down and actually utilize. I've tried quite a few, but the best, by far, is Metabolic Drive from t-nation.com. You will get 20-40 grams per shake with minimal caloric intake and they come in six really great flavors! Slightly more expensive, but it's the best protein shake out their and the longest lasting...It's even recommended as the #1 shake to drink before bed because the protein is long-lasting and keeps your metabolism going all night while you sleep Made to maximize muscle mass and keep carbs to a minimum. Check out the website. It's a great place for answers, tips, etc.

Egg whites and tuna fish are the purest protein you can eat and they are low in calories. Fat free cottage cheese has a lot of protein and then lean meats like chicken are good for low calorie and high protein. Tofu is good too if you get lite tofu its low in calories but lacks flavor

FYI: deli meats are processed meats and contain more then 7 calories per slice and carry a lot of sodium baggage.

Pure protein normally has about 3 calories per gram. This is similar to carbs (also 3 per gram), but fats are normally 9 calories per gram. The thing you need to look for in this case is something with no fat or carbs, like very lean chicken or fish. You're not going to get much better then a can of tuna fish packed in water. That's pure protein with no fat or carbs.

Rite Aid or Kmart or Walmart carry protien powder or try costco. Deli meats carry a lot of protien and only 7 calories per slice. Have you tried tofu or salmon?

Your body doesn't need as much protein as it does carbohydrates, so there is really no need to buy protein powder especially when you are probably getting enough anyways.

Your BMI says which you're underweight, so in case you're attempting to be healthful you would be eating extra to learn slightly extra weight, not attempting to lose any. via the type you look sticking on your workout and weight-reduction plan, you will desire to be careful to not head down an eating illness course. Carbohydrates are substantial in any eating ordinary- in case you're doing a sprint workout they are actually not going to make you benefit any weight. reducing them out skill you would be drained and undesirable each and all of the time. different than for that, your eating ordinary seems stable in case you purely consume slightly extra! the quantity of workout you're doing seems insane to me!
