I fail to see how looking at facts and using logic could be considered "wishful thinking" or somehow inferior to believing in adult fairy tales. Your statement is nothing more than switching words around and a failed attempt at seeming intelligent, not logic as you claim. You failed. Also I cant help but notice that you have no reason for the position you take, instead simply countering a question with the same question thrown back. Who told you this is the proper way to answer an inquiry? God can not exist simply because you think or believe one does. There is no proof or universal need for a god, this is why many of us do not believe. This means we have looked at evidence and lack of evidence, scientific discoveries about the world, read the bible and many other religious text and historical documents, and participated in lots of self searching. How could this possibly make us less intelligent or capable of logical thoughts than a person like you who believes without proof, has no proof, doesn't care about proof and probably doesn't even know what that word really means. You believe blindly and that is stupid.

Sure, if you want to be an annoying jerk and band together with other annoying people who have nothing better to do than to have meetings about how people who don't think like you are alleged morons and how you all have life all figured out. You've got the annoying thing down pat so, I don't see the harm in finding some friends to join you in being uber annoying and self righteous.

No, but I'd like more atheists to contribute to forums like this. Knowledge and reason are the death of faith, and we would do well to halt religious faith in it's tracks.

Everybody else has it,
Why not ....
EDIT:
Aw! Give me a break people
What you mean to tell me that
none of you have never been
on a website that has a "wish list"
and you thought you might wishfully
want it?
Hmm .... I wonder just how many
have punched in the things they want
into that "wish List" ....

They might as well start groups now since they will be "together" for eternity anyway.
