Keep them in a box with an electric heat pad on low. Feed them milk or baby formula every 2 hours with an eye-dropper. If you choose milk, I would recommend getting dog or cat vitamin pills and crushing them up in the milk. They need more nutriets than milk alone provides. To transition them to solid food, soak dry dog food in milk until it is mushy. This is what I did when I found a cat in the same situation. This is a huge comitment.

how young are you talking?? If they are 3 weeks or younger then you will need to go to the store and get some puppy milk replacement, and follow the directions on the back. It is very hard to keep puppies this young alive without their mom, so dedication and patience is important, because they will need to be fed every 3-4 hours. If they are over 3 weeks, you can begin to feed them a gruel. Get ahold of some purina puppy chow (the kibbles) and soak the food in warm water until soft. You want to mash it so it becomes like a gruel and encourage them to eat it. They will need this every 4 hours as well until about 6 weeks of age, then feed about 3-4 times a day. Be sure they get their shots by 6 weeks, because they will have a compromised immune system since they did not get the colostrum from their moms milk. 2 of your biggest worries is hypothermia and hypoglycemia.. keep them warm at all times (heat lamp, blanket and a box is good) and keep their blood sugar up with constant feeding. If they start to get hypoglycemic, they will stop moving and just lay there as if they were already dead, if this occurs you will need to have some karo syrup (table syrup will work if you dont have just karo) and force feed them the syrup until they start to improve. Hope all goes well!

You can try soaking puppy food in warm water to soften it and see if they can and will eat it. You could also try cottage cheese mixed with baked potato. Because of the recent poisionings from pet foods I can not recommeds feeding any animal a commercial canned or pouch food especially not a baby animal.
If they are not eating get puppy formula at this hour a WalMart or other all night dept store may be the only available place. Also get 2 or more eyedroppers- preferably plastic ones that have not been used in any other med a used one washed out will not do bec it may have traces still in it of whatever it was used in. Also see if you can get couple of doll bottles. Make the formula up according to direction. Feed with eyedropper or baby bottle a few drops at a time so as not to choke them or get it down their windpipe. Give them all they want but go very slowly so they do not get indigestion. Feed them every 3-4 hours round the clock.
If they are not going potty on their own you will need to take cotton balls lightly moistened with warm water or soft moist paper towels moistem with water only and gently clean and stimulate their rear end where they pee and doodoo. This replaces the cleaning and stimulating their mommie dog would do and enables them to eliminate waste and of course cleans them up.
Lift the skin on the back of their necks gently and see if it stays up, goes down slowly, or goes down right away. If it stays up they are dehydrated. If they do not drink this is a life and death emergency and they do need
Keep them warm and in a safe place where they can not stray. Call a breeder in your area or a vet and ask for more help if they do not eat and eliminate readily. There may be someone experienced with orphan animals who could care for them for a few days for you.
BTW pups shiver from fright, thirst, loneliness, hunger, and sickness as well as cold so it is hard without seeing them to guess why this little one shivers.

Omg i am a dog lover. and i should be able to help you with this cuz i had many puppies and dogs.
Lets get to the basic. Always keep your puppies warm. Their fur are not developed properly yet. so they get cold very easily. The reason why one keeps shaking. Roll Them up in blankets. Its just like caring for a baby.
Keep your puppies hydrated. DO NOT feed them water. They are too young to drink water or to eat any solid food. Puppies only drink milk, usually from their mom. So you have to get milk replacements. Do not feed your puppies with the normal drinking milk that humans drink. Because it has lactose which might cause puppies harm. They will have intense stomach upset. U have to go down to the pet store and ask the shopkeeper for lactose-free milk suitabe for puppies. It is recommended to feed the puppies in baby bottles. Because when they suck it, they would feel like as though they are sucking their mom's nipples. Feed them 3-4 times a day.
Do not leash them up. THey are way too young. Always carry them. Ok when they need to their business. You should make them do it on newspapers at home. Carry them and put them on newspapers when they need to do it. If not, you should bring them down to do it. Make sure they do it on cemented floor. Because you do not want ticks and fleas to go onto them. These pests usually live in grass. So do not bring them near to grass until they are older.
Bring your puppies to the vet. It is really very important for the pups to go for regular check up with the vet. They would need an injection. The details you can check with the vet.
At this stage yo need to be there for the pups. You have to play with them. This is the stage where the owner actually bonds with the puppies. This is when the relationship would be secured and you wouldnt have to worry bout the dogs running away when they get older. Cuz they will know that they will rely on you.
Please follow my advise cuz i cannot bear to see any puppies harmed. I love all dogs. Take care of them ok? Let them be assured that they are loved. Please do a great job!

The shaking one is probably dehydrated. You can't just give them milk...get special canned milk for orphaned pup at the vets or WalMart or a pet store. The directions are on the label. Buy a little feeder bottle and they should take the nipple . You need to keep them warm with a hot water bottle and keep them close to each other with towels around. You have to rub their tummies to help them pass urine and feces and then clean them up. Watch that shaking one ; he may be too weak to take a full feeding so you may have to feed him a little every hour.

MOST importantly you need to help the puppies poop as they can not do this on thier own. Get a washcloth with warmed with water and GENTLY rub it over the anal over until the pups poo. You want to make certain that you do this for several minuets. You are trying to stimulate the bowels just like a mommy dog would do. If you do not do this the pups will die.
Are they eating dog food yet? If not, you are going to have to bottle feed them. Call a vet ASAP and ask how to best care for the pups. I would definitely keep them on a low heating pad. Make sure they are warm and try to comfort them frequently. They need to be nurtured just like a human baby would need to be.
Good luck!

It depends on how young they are. A good thing to have is a heating pad place it under a warm blanket. Young puppies are very vulnerable to cold. if you specify how old they are I could probably give you other ideas

need something more to go by....
are their eyes open yet,?
Do they have teeth..??
Are they small or large breeds?
Without more to go by I'd have to say...
Keep them warm, & feed them some wet puppy chow that has been soaked in hot water and is now a "mash"
Then get them to a vet asap
