I am interested in learning how to speak French, but all the programs that I have tried are demos and they don't offer a whole lot in the demo versions. Also, I already know enough French vocabulary, but I'm interested in learning conversational French, so I can actually communicate with people and not just know how to say single words. So I don't know maybe you know of a great software program that will have all this and will be helpful to me. There's got to be something out there that was created for non-profit so it won't cost me anything. Thanks for your help!

Check out this website, I use it for learning Albanian, and it is really good. It is a great start for free.

Both I wager. 'je voudrais un verrre d'eau' is flawlessly proper. This is what you might say and write. What you listen sounds somewhat extraordinary. You will have to listen 'je voudrai_sun verre d'eau". As you realize, spoken French includes liaisons, an English speaker might no longer say "a gla_ssof water". That "voudrain" is somewhat traumatic. If you do listen this, the spelling/grammar turns into "voudrai", which interprets into: I will wish a pitcher of water. In that case, the context should be extraordinary; this isn't some thing you might in general say. Is it in an exercice approximately long term aggravating? I will wish a pitcher of water later?...
