Did you know that the victim of rape in Islam is just that, a victim? In their culture, however, which is extremely anti woman, rape is considered a breach of imaginary honor. They twisted a verse dealing with a man accusing his wife of cheating and said it applies to rape, when it's obvious it isn't. The verse basically says if you accuse your wife of adultery, bring forth four witnesses or shut up. Islam says that the rapist is to be stoned to death and the victim to live her life as she normally would. Why are you unable to see that and only believe what Faux news says to you? Are you that incapable of rational thought?

Well I have read the QUR'AN and no where in ther does it say that muslims or the men rape people or do rape them or have to rape them . Look in every religion or every counrty or where ever people are there are good people and there are bad people. That dosent mean that all muslims are bad.

Rape is having sexual intercourse against the consent and well of a woman.Although there is no penetration to the woman's private parts if the man's private parts have entered into the lavia, it is considered rape already as long as the woman was force and not voluntarily given. There is force when there is any sign of struggle from the woman, and others.
However the punishment of rape depends of the law of any country which was enacted by the governbment.
Rape as define on the society and culture of any country is considered a civil law enacted by the government which is also rape punishment of the Islam countries.
You should study the laws of Islam countries in order to know and be enlightened of the laws of Islam countries so you may not feel ignorant about it. No matter how you question their law, you can do nothing about it except when that law be amended by thier government.
To be certain of things about rape do not just based your belief on News you have read. Read the law itself for you to understand and if there is something wrong about the law enacted by the government, make representation that the same be amended and revise the wrong part of the law.
