What are some things you've always wanted but could not afford? This can be in terms of architecture, interior design, or anything else. I plan to have my home built from the ground up when I complete college and I'm always looking for ideas.

Large jacuzzi tub in bathroom, a waterfall shower
( with 2 waterfalls-one for the front and one for the back), a refrigerator door that looks like a cabinet door; speakers built into the whole house that you can turn on or off from any room. My bedroom wall would be a wall-sized aquarium...that's all for now.....I would love to see your place when you're done :)

I would convert an old barn into a home with one master bedroom in the loft. The kitchen and bathroom would be on the ground floor and I would have a swimming pool for a living area complete with a deck and pool-side furniture. Pretty cool...huh?

My dream is to renovate an old barn, using the horse stalls as bedrooms or a bathroom. Open beam ceiling, a pond outside with a planting shed, an airstrip for my husband.

In my current house I would add a large deck, trees and sod in my yard. I would also change my counter tops to corian and a slate floor in my kitchen. Replace my cheap laminate floors with reclaimed heart pine flooring. Have all new moulding put in and have a California Closet design for my master bedroom.

Remote control lighting and whole house sound system. Multiple water features. A huge really cool kitchen with a double size refrigerator and freezer, huge Viking stove, double convection wall oven, 2 dishwashers (drawer type), a huge center island with a vegetable sink, lots of different cabinets, including a huge pantry.
An indoor pool with cool lighting, a pool table, and a bar.
A master bedroom suite with a balcony overlooking the mountains.

I want to add a Large 'master suite'. Large bedroom with a big walk-in closet and large, private bathroom. For the bathroom I want a jacuzzi tub and shower stall, both big enough for 2. And maybe a private deck with a hot tub outside the master bedroom. All we have now is 2 small bedrooms with a shared bathroom.
