I mean, he's one part of the god/trinity deal.
How can he be impartial?
I want somebody who really represents me and who doesn't have any hidden interests or who doesn't just happen to be the son of the Judge.

Yes He can be my advocate. It's no conflict of interest and is actually helpful that He's the Son of the Judge. He steps in-front of me and God sees Him and Jesus says this is one of mine.

Why would you want anyone else? Think about it, you're about to be judged by an all-knowing being, wouldn't it be sensible to make sure you've got grounds for appeal?
