Wright a letter to the haliburtion company, tell them you know you have oil underground, men in nice clothes will fly in and save you with 1000 armed men, and a blank check from the American peoples free for all fund, well no that's not funny, so try this their are many church based groups that travel the world to help those in need, so just contact one of their missions offices in your country, good luck for your kids safety.

You could always go around to local businesses and let them know what you are needing and see if they will maybe help you out. Usually large businesses are very generous.
