You need confidence--don't ever think of yourself as "ugly". Ever. If you two are hitting it off on the phone, and then you meet and she is not interested, you don't want her anyway. You want someone who is true in the heart. There is nothing you should do but be yourself. Good luck!!

Here is what you do. Tell it to her. Do not hold such important detail back. Can you imagine what would happen if you guys have built a stable relationship over the phone and plan to meet? Have you ever thought how awkward it would feel. Just tell her that he are not really very good looking.
If she is fine with that, you are a lucky man. Because it wuld mean she likes your personality and she likes you for who you are. Bear a little embarrasment over the phone rather than bein humiliated in public.
One more thing, cut the phone-dating please. I noe that it might be easier for you. But it is really very hard to know a person over a phone. Dun you want to find a perfect girl for you. Come on man, summon your courage and start dating (in person)!

If she falls in love with you she won't care what you look like especially if you have a fat bank account. Just kidding, give yourself a makeover invest in yourself. Update your clothes, get some bling, clear up acne, get a nose job, update your hair, work out, quit eating your boogers, buy some nice cologne it's freakin' easy get to it.
