Follow the plan like its a bible. Exercise atleast 6 points a week. make sure to stay atleast 2 points under your goal. and make sure to drink the water!!!!! drink it sooo much and it will help a bunch

Follow the plan exactly and eat only those things that are on the plan and in the portions specified. Remember to drink your water and exercise the recommended amount. Weight Watchers has a very high success rate because they have you eat real food. Good luck.

Exercise everyday like jogging around the block
Skip meals. Eat 2 times per day than 3 times per day
Dont eat until you're full
Eat fruits at night if your hungry.
Drinks lots of water and stop all the fast food and chocolate.
