Pranayama is one of the best ways but you may require the guidance of the teacher, as this can also be dangerous if done to the limit of your capacity.
vitality and energy is given by prana, this is not only oxygen of the air we breath. If you are living in the city then kindly do not do it in the open air as it is highly polluted.
Seasonal vegetables and fruits are recommended in the books.

Well, here is a tip for you. Take a teaspoon full of "Ashwagandha" churna and mix it with Til oil and consume it every day morning empty stomach and in the night before sleep too. Do not forget to drink a glass of warm milk too.

And you have to do some moderate work out too. Your goals can be achieved
