I love Subway! It's pretty hard to compete in the area of all food groups, low calories, and food in this category. Mc Donalds is good if you feel like a fast food burger but I would still take Subway's menu over McDonalds when it comes to nutrition. Quizznos is good too, but they have a different market- roast beef type subs with topping and vegetables versus fresh subs at a low cost.

mcdonalds is a very smart corporation. They are constantly increasing revenue every year. In 2006 they make a billion dollars more than in 2005...in 2005 they made a billion and a half dollars more thant 2004.

the new diet will fail. it was already tried in the early 80's. a chain of restaurants called D'Lites was started with low calorie fast food. the products tasted awful, initial sales dropped off and they went belly up. people eat fast food because it is not only cheap and fast but it taste good to most. healthy or not if it doesn't taste "good" people aren't going to buy it.

Ok lets! lol I wouldn't count on McDonald's to supply healthy meals, just my opinion. They've tried several times to go "healthy" and they always give it up. I had a CEO of McDonald's at one time and he said healthy is not their specialty.

The food is still garbage. Look at the sodium content of the foods, it's still close to, if not over, 1000mg.
