I'm looking to build mass. I did Crossfit for 4 months and it didn't really put mass on, just toned me up a little. Is there a good website that has a good program? What I was thinking was 5 days a week,
Mon: Tris and Chest
Tues - Back and Bis
Mon - Legs
Thurs - Conditioning
Fri - Burn out.

Any help would be appreciated! Thanks.

I can help you out as long as you give me information such as prior training experience, weight, goals, etc.

I've heard that Bowflex does wonders. This is probably where you can check it out. If not do a search for Bowflex & click on the link that seems to be the best one. The website is probably: bowflex.com. God bless.

Go here for more info than you will ever need:

Remember, nutrition is 80%. Lifting alone won't get you big, you need to eat like a monster.

Go to "bodyforlife.com" this is a good site, they have some good demos too. They have a good program with advanced pyramiding with the weights, and have cardio days too.
