Exercise everyday like jogging around the block
Skip meals. Eat 2 times per day than 3 times per day
Dont eat until you're full
Eat fruits at night if your hungry.
Drinks lots of water and stop all the fast food and chocolate.

Continue to exercise do lots of cardio. If you want to lose the weight fast avoid bad foods altogether! Absolutely NO fast food or sugary sodas! Try to limit yourself to one or two diet sodas a day. Avoid whole milk, sugar, butter, potatoes and red meat. Try to eat lots of fruits and veggies. ONLY eat fruit and other items high in sugar in the morning! Make lunch your biggest meal. Eat 6 times daily - Three small meals, three snacks a day. Make sure you're eating a diet high in fiber and drink lots of water. Most of all exercise is what's gonna do it for you!

I buy 100% green tea bags, brew it strong and add some equal or splenda.
Then I cut back on my portion size, teaching my stomach to be satisfied with what I give it. The green tea speeds up your metabolism and helps you burn fat more rapidly.
I don't cut out carbs, i just cut back, this helps alot!
I lose twenty pounds in like, four weeks!

look its simple i was obesse i was fat literaly and now im not i went from 161 to 121 yea its easy all u gotta u is not go on a diet or if u really want too ..but just run every day and do alot of crunches sit ups..

I think reducing your calories,still eating healthy, exercise,like walking as far as possible,and any other activities you enjoy.you can also eat vegetables cutting out meat and sweets. You will be surprise at the amount of weight you can loose.
