I want a picture slide show that has text music panning transitions, and can be saved as a AVI file?

I have a adobie video programs, but lack a couple of things on the slideshow part.

You can do all the slideshow/music/text with powerpoint. If you want it as an AVI dont worry about adding music to the powerpoint presentation instead when you are done with the presentation use snag-it or similar program to capture your presentation to AVI and then use adobe premiere or similar program to add the music/sound. I did this for a buddy once and it worked pretty good, was able to burn the presentation to DVD and play in any DVD player when it was done.
