at first i used the cleaner toner and then the coca butter then the lotion recently i have changed to using the cleaner toner lotion then coca butter when should i put the coca butter on i have bad scars.

buy scarzone with green tea or mederma. cocoa butter is good, but it isn't as effective as these
if it's acne scars, use neutrogena's acne mark peel w/salicylic acid- it works every time for me

No cocoa butter - it's not good for skin that's prone to acne.
Use a lotion that is "non-comedogenic" like Cetaphil.
