Exercise everyday like jogging around the block
Skip meals. Eat 2 times per day than 3 times per day
Dont eat until you're full
Eat fruits at night if your hungry.
Drinks lots of water and stop all the fast food and chocolate.

I takes an average person 100 calories to run a mile. Also, it takes a 3500 calorie deficit to lose 1 lb of fat. Based on these facts and your goals, you would have to run 17 miles every day to burn this much fat in 31 days.
This is dangerous.
If you do lose 15 lbs, most of it will be muscle and water. This will slow your metabolism and cause you gain back all of the weight plus more.
