well.... to be fair..... only lasegue and neri are very similar. The only important factor that links them all is the Lumbar vertebrae. Lasegue's test is better known as the SLR test used for diagnosing lumbar disc disorders in general and 'general' sciatic nerve tension whereas Neri's is mostly used just in terms of lumbar sciatica. They both have their advantages i suppose. Wasserman's - or at least what i know as that coming from Cambridge (UK) is that its a test for syphilis (blood can be used) but to link it to your argument it can also be tested using CSF therefore being from a lumbar puncture (L3/4).

Lasègue's sign: a sign often seen in sciatica or with lumbar disc problems. In sciatica, flexion of the hip is painful when the knee is extended, but pain-free when the knee is flexed.
