i received an AVI file as attachment no mediaplayer ia playing it only voice is played anyone knows reason?

you probably need the right codecs (codes that play files) installed on your computer. you can find a whole pack of these at www.k-litecodecpack.com

The required codec is missing. Download "KLite codec" & install it on your PC, you will be free of your problem.
