MOST OF THE TIME, YOU MUST GET SOME KIND OF HELP. I WENT TO THERAPY. A MIXTURE OF ANXIETY MEDICATION AND WORKING WITH A THERAPIST HELPED ME AND NOW I ONLY SUFFER ATTACKS IN TIMES OF EXTREME STRESS. I AM SO GLAD I WENT FOR HELP, FOR IT HAD GOTTEN SO BAD FOR ME THAT I COULDNT' WAIT IN LINE AT A GROCERY OR SUPER MART OR ANYTHING. I COULD HARDLY BE AT FAMILY DINNERS. I WAS A REAL MESS. BUT NOW, I DO QUITE WELL, AND I AM ABLE TO ENJOY THE FAMILY REUNIONS, THE BIG HOLIDAY SHOPPING, EVERYTHING. I AM HOPING THIS WILL HELP YOU TO MOVE TOWARD GETTING HELP, DEAR. YOU ARE NOT ALONE AND THERE MANY UNDERLYING CAUSES FOR THIS PROBLEM. PLEASE FIND HELP FOR YOURSELF SOMEWHERE.

You need to go see your Doctor, there is alot of help out there. I had anxiety and panic attacks, I took Zolofot for about one year and once I calmed down, I was breathing better and finally I got off the medicine. I am fine now so there is hope.
Good Luck

I have been suffereing from anxiety because of money issues. It would wake me up in the middle of the night. You need to find out what the trigger is for your anxiety. I tried taking Buspar, but it gave me bad heart palpitations and caused a miscarriage because I got pregnant while taking it.

I have had them for about a year now. I am taking medication. I suffer from extreme panic disorder. I am on Celexia and Klonopin. It helps alot. I will go a couple of weeks if not more without one. But as far as if it never goes away, couldn't tell you. I wish I had this answer also.

i dont really have an answer for you, i deal with anxiety alot too, but i dont get panic attacks, i find that trying to relax helps alot, try to talk about stuff thats bothering you and see if you can find a way to fix it, try not to think about things to much, this probably isnt very helpfull, but i understand what your going through, and what i have just suggested works for me mostly, maybe it will for you too

my anxiety & panic attacks began 6yrs ago & I haven't had much relief. I began taking ativan & it seems to limit my attacks but not daily anxiety. They say it could get better or go away in time but there's no guaruntees. i wish i could be more helpful cause i know how cripling it is.

A way to relax yourself would be through some proper breathing.

Breathe in through your nose for 3 seconds...pause for a second, and exhale through your mouth for 6 seconds. Do this repetitively and you'll feel a difference. It may not be a cure, but it certainly has helped me through some anxious times.

Actually my girlfriend had the whole anxiety thing like 2 weeks ago. She went to the doctor's and they just prescribed her some medicine...I'm not sure if it goes away eventually or not though
