Drink ALOT of water and if you drink soda cut it out completly, cutting soda alone, even diet, can make you lose a little weight.
When you walk, wear ;ayers, that will make you sweat alot and when you do make sure you wipe it off like your forehead so your body keeps making more sweat which is burning calories (I know it sounds gross)
Cut on the sweets, red meat, and junk food. It can be really hard to lose that much in only 3 weeks but it can be done healthy. Although when on a diet you only should be losing about 2-3 a week, however a person always loses alot right when they start if there doing it right.

Exercise everyday like jogging around the block
Skip meals. Eat 2 times per day than 3 times per day
Dont eat until you're full
Eat fruits at night if your hungry.
Drinks lots of water and stop all the fast food and chocolate.

Walking an hour every day ain't gonna do it. Try and eat healthily, and in meantime hit up your doctor and ask for a diet/exercise plan. Or join a gym and sign on with a trainer who can tailor a work out.

Make your walk count, do you have good shoes for walking? Be sure to walk fast and work up a sweat!
Cut out sweets except for once a week, cut out cheeses, sodas, even diet. Cut out fast foods and try Subway. Weight Watchers is the best out there.....
