Skip meals. Eat 2 times per day than 3 times per day
Dont eat until you're full
Eat fruits at night if your hungry.
Drinks lots of water and stop all the fast food and chocolate.

Limit these to once a week-cheese, fast foods, sweets, sodas, even diet sodas, chips. Eat healthy and try to not eat anything after dinner except for fruits. Try to eat a healthy breakfast, lunch and dinner should be your lightest meal.
Exercise would help quite a bit too.....
