Only a very small percentage of illegals pay taxes and what they take out of the system in medical care, government benefits bilingual education etc. is far greater than what they pay in. Most of them send their money overseas and out of the US economy. Plus the added crime rates. Over 4000 citizens killed by illegal immigrants in 2005-6. A third of the prison population are illegal immigrants.

Bad. Poor people can't afford to pay enough taxes to pay even for the $10,000 per child PER YEAR it costs to educate a child in California, much less for the other services their families use, particularly if their children get food stamps, if the childbirth was 'covered by the hospital' or if the family gets aid.
That is why every country in the world that subsidizes services like education for its poor people limit how many poor people can come.
On top of the cost, our schools are overcrowded with emergency certificate teachers and programs like gifted programs, language, computer classes and electives cut for our own children in favor of programs addressing the ESL demographic. While we have 'agreed' to pay for those whose parents are legally here, adding additional millions of children who can't speak English on top of that to a school district like LAUSD has dramatic impacts on education for our own children.
Their schools are failing. Illegal immigration's cost is one we can't afford.

They are a mix bag. There is a shortage of low income workers in California. Californai would not be as strong an economy if it wasn't for the Illegal immigrants. They do pump money in social security and do not expect to collect. On the other hand they take money out f other government programs with out paying their share of taxes. Particularly Hospitals. THey lower the wages of those at thelow income range and reduces the safety of the work environment.

Your spelling and grammar are so bad that it is hard to make sense of your additional information.
They are bad for our economy. They take far more than they give back.I really don't care that they can't get any of the taxes back that they have paid in with a fake SS#.They have committed SS fraud by using that number and should be jailed.

How is having an endless stream of very cheap labor infused into the market place a good thing? It lowers the standard of living for all.

There are bad things like SOME people who get medical care and then decide not to pay for it. Also there are certain individuals who don't pay taxes. Despite of this, good factors outweigh bad ones.
