Your problem may be that you're drastically changing your diet. Whenever any individual does that, it's almost impossible to stick with it. If you want to have positive results that last, you need to change your diet for good. This doesn't involve starving or depriving yourself in any way, it involves eating healthy foods. Despite popular belief, there are healthy foods that taste good -- I may be a bodybuilder, but I like anyone else look for delicious foods from time to time. Start out slow, and gradually take out all the nasty foods. Eventually you won't want them.

Allow yourself an occasional treat - a small chocolate every now and then - don't just restrict everything that you like - it is too hard to stick to. Have a balanced diet, with some of the good things and life and don't call it a diet, call it a healthy lifestyle - the word diet can be interpreted as deprivation.

I know exactly what you frigging mean. I do well, then you feel good about yourself and you start cheating, and before you know it, your ballooning up again. Something I try is setting up a schedule, where you not only get your cheat times in a day, but you also schedule your grocery trips for that time. For instance. I am allowed one junk item, but it has to be before 1:00 pm. No carbs after 3:00 pm. The important thing to rember is to religiously go shopping after that stack of pancakes at Sunday breakfast. You will be inclined to buy healthy because you will feel bloated. You will have no choice but to buy healthy

Stop dieting and start commiting yourself to a complete lifestyle change. If you eat a balanced diet, then you won't drop it as easily. Fresh veggies and fruit, high-fiber cereals, and plain old water are good things to have every day. You have to exercise, too, or you're wasting your time. Get into a routine of eating well and taking care of your body and you'll be all set and never yoyo diet again.

people think once the lost the weight it's just gone. it comes back and faster than you think!

once you're done your diet keep working out and eating healthy and if you eat a treat don't eat it out of a container. put a decent amount into a bowl and only eat that much of it.

that way you don't eat the whole bag or container.

also try to stay away from pop and sugar drinks. water is way healthier anyway.
