Don't worry about your weight. Your weight and height are good. Remember some people are hogs, some are gazelles. You are a gazelle. Don't let the hyenas and jackalls get to you.
Did you ever notice some dogs like my german shorthair shivvers all the time, but she is beautiful. I shiver and have to be moving all the time. i ge tcriticized for it, but am a fit 70+ man. Like me you may live to be 100 and you will learn to live with it.
If it is really serious get the doctor to prescribe atenolol (tenormin) It is an adrenalin supressor, some actors take it for stage fright. It slows your heart rate. stop at less than 50 bpm. If your dr doesn't agree get another dr. he is a loser.

Sounds like you may be diabetic?
If your hands are trembling when you get hungry that may be because of low blood sugar.
Always having to go to the bathroom may be because the body has to get get rid of excess sugar through urine because the pancreas isn't releasing insulin to help sugar get absorbed into the blood.
Your body may be working over time trying to try to stay level. To get sugar it has to take apart protein or fat but you need sugar for everything your body does and that may be putting strain on your heart.

See a doctor, its really not good for if you don't

You could be diabetic. Could be lots of things, but if it's ongoing, you need to see a Dr.
Everyone needs to be loved, but health comes first!

You should call your doctor and ask him/her about it, that could be serious! Even if it ends up not being serious, at least you are hearing it from a professional and not risking your health.
Please, call your doctor.
